May 26 – June 1: Dearica Hamby

Veteran forward Dearica Hamby averaged 19.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 2.0 steals per her three games this past week, shooting 55.3% from the field and attempting 8.0 free throws per contest. 

On Tuesday against the Dream, Hamby became the first WNBA player ever to post a performance of at least 28 points, eight assists, four steals and six rebounds. On Friday in Las Vegas, the three-time All-Star recorded her 45th career double-double with 14 points, 10 rebounds and six assists. T the Wake Forest alumna then finished the week at home against the Mercury, narrowly missing another double-double with an efficient 15 points and eight boards.
