Sparks Waive Chennedy Carter  

LOS ANGELES (March 17, 2023) – The Los Angeles Sparks announced today that they have waived guard Chennedy Carter.

Carter played in 24 total games for the Sparks in the 2022 season, averaging 8.9 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 16.4 minutes per game.

“We thank Chennedy for her contributions to the Sparks and wish her the best moving forward,” said Sparks CAO & GM Karen Bryant.

Carter was originally acquired by the Sparks on February 5th, 2022 in a trade with the Atlanta Dream.
