LA Sparks Announce National Broadcast Schedule

Los Angeles will play on ESPN and CBSSN for eight games

The Sparks will have 26 of their 36 games on national platforms

 

LOS ANGELES (April 6, 2022) – The WNBA announced today the 2022 national broadcast schedule which includes nationally televised games on ABC, ESPN, CBS Sports Network, NBATV, Amazon and Facebook.  The Sparks will have one national exclusive game on ESPN and 26 games total featured on national platforms.

Sparks games will air locally on Spectrum SportsNet. A local broadcast schedule is forthcoming.

ESPN FAMILY OF NETWORKS

The Sparks will be featured on ESPN on July 4 when they take on the Phoenix Mercury at 4 p.m. PT at Crypto.com Arena. The Sparks will also have two games streamed on ESPN3 (May 31 vs. Dallas and Aug. 7 at Washington).

CBS SPORTS NETWORK

Seven Sparks game this season will air nationally on CBS Sports Network (July 1 at Dallas, July 3 vs New York, July 19 vs. Indiana, July 28 at Phoenix, Aug. 2 at New York, Aug. 3 at New York and Aug. 5 at Atlanta. CBS Sports Network games will be side-by-sides with local broadcasts.

NBA TV

The Sparks will be on NBA TV six times this season headlined by their season opener at Chicago on May 6. Other NBA TV televised games this season include June 27 vs. Las Vegas, July 21 vs. Atlanta, July 23 at Las Vegas, July 31 vs. Minnesota and Aug. 9 vs. Connecticut. NBA TV games will be side-by-sides with local broadcasts.

FACEBOOK & AMAZON

Select WNBA games will be viewable on Amazon Prime Video and Facebook. The Sparks will be featured on Amazon in four games (May 8 at Indiana, May 25 vs. Phoenix, May 29 vs. Minnesota and June 19 at Dallas. Fans can see Los Angeles on Facebook during six games including May 14 at Connecticut, May 23 at Las Vegas, June 11 vs Las Vegas, June 23 vs Chicago, June 25 at Seattle and July 14 at Chicago.

All WNBA games not aired on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 or CBS Sports Network can also be viewed on WNBA league pass. Please note that local blackout restrictions may apply.
