QUOTES OF THE DAY:
Head Coach Lynne Roberts
On Rickea Jackson:
“I thought Rickea [Jackson] was very aggressive again. Really good job by Rickea just playing tough, attacking the basket hard and shooting the three well. She definitely is getting in the groove, and that certainly makes us a lot better.”
Emma Cannon
On her performance and staying tough:
“When my number’s called, I just want to come in and do what I can to help my team get a win at any cost. So, when Coach puts me in, I just try to be aggressive, and my teammates find me. I try to shoot the three as well as possible. But, like Coach said, we got to be better in the first half. That's what it comes down to, regardless of what the accolades are, the points are, it doesn't matter.”
