Hats Off! Program
“Hats Off” is a 3-part mentorship program that caters to high school women’s basketball seniors. These women are nominated by their coach(es) as outstanding individuals that ‘led the charge’ on and off the court. The program’s goal is to provide a memorable experience for those sidelined by the current pandemic in the space in which we excel: in women, basketball and business.
The program consists of the three following:
Tuesday May, 26th 2020 at 4pm PST –
- ‘Congratulations’ Zoom call with players and/or coach
- Players to participate in a 15-20 minute call with the Grads sharing: advice, stories and asking/answering questions
- Instagram Recognition with Grad picture & bio
- Grads gifted with Sparks swag & more!
Coming Soon…
- Post-Grad Group Zoom Discussion with those interested in pursuing a career in sports
- Sparks staff will explain position and job responsibilities
- Platform to share experiences and advice
- Opportunity to interview for future internship positions
- Sparks Game Experience
- Pair of tickets to upcoming game
- Pre-game Tunnel experience
- In-Game Jumbotron Recognition
