2026 Season Ticket Exchange Program

As a benefit of LA Sparks Season Ticket Membership, members who cannot attend a game may exchange their tickets into other games during the season.

Ticket Exchange Guidelines:
1. Members can exchange tickets for up to 11 games during the regular season.
2. A maximum of 9 tickets can be exchanged into any single game, except blackout dates.
3. The following dates are excluded from ticket exchanges; additional games could be added. Members may exchange out of these games, not into them:
• May 13 vs. Indiana Fever
• July 8 vs. Indiana Fever
4. Exchange requests must be submitted through the LA Sparks Ticket Exchange Form no later than 48 hours before the game. Late requests will not be processed.
5. Once an exchange is completed, it is final. No further exchanges for those tickets will be allowed.
6. Exchanges are subject to seat availability and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Exchanges are not guaranteed.
7. Members may upgrade to a higher-value price level by paying the difference in price.
8. Exchanges may be processed before seats are fully paid; however, tickets will not be distributed until the final payment is collected.
9. Exchange requests are processed in approximately two weeks; timelines may vary based on volume.

Once an exchange request is completed, members will receive a confirmation email from AXS Guest Services indicating the exchange has been processed. The original game tickets will no longer appear in the member’s ticket account, and the new tickets for the selected game will be visible in the AXS app and Fan Portal.
