    • Mobile tickets can’t be transferred to your SeatGeek account and need to be displayed on the LA Sparks’ preferred ticketing platform, AXS.
    • Check your inbox: Mobile transfer emails can be found in your promotion, junk, and spam folders with the subject line “Your Ticket Transfer Offer.” You can also search for phrases, “Sent you tickets”, “forwarded you”, or for an email from axs@axs.com.
    • Click the link in the email and create an account with the same email address used to place your order.
    • Tap “Accept Offer” and head to Tickets.
  • StubHub
    • To check your expected delivery date, look at the ‘Ready’ date in the order details.
    • Registered users: Log in to your StubHub account. Go to ‘My Tickets’ then ‘Orders’.
    • Guest users: Follow ‘Buying and viewing tickets as a guest’.
    • If it’s past 10am on the day of your event and you have not received your tickets on AXS, please contact StubHub.

    • Tickets purchased for Long Beach State games that have been relocated to Crypto.com Arena will be honored.
    • Tickets purchased directly through the Long Beach State Paciolan platform will be fulfilled on either the original ticket buyer’s AXS account or the transfer recipient’s AXS account.
      • New tickets at comparable seat locations will be distributed through AXS by Saturday, May 11th. When tickets are re-distributed, AXS will send an email confirmation to the ticket holder containing detailed instructions on how to access tickets in the AXS app.
    • Season tickets will be fulfilled on the original ticket buyer’s AXS account.
    • Tickets purchased through a secondary market platform, such as Ticketmaster, Vivid Seats, StubHub, etc. will be honored for the games at Crypto.com Arena. Tickets will be distributed through AXS via one of two scenarios:
      • If the original ticket purchaser bought their tickets through Long Beach State/Paciolan or a Sparks Account Executive, and a ticket transfer was completed, the ticket transfer recipient will be accepted as the ticket holder, and they will receive the Crypto.com Arena tickets directly from AXS.
      • If the original ticket purchaser is a Sparks Season Ticket Member, then they are the primary ticket holder and will receive the Crypto.com Arena tickets directly from AXS, which they will need to transfer to the secondary market purchaser.
