As an active member of the community, Melissa Sandfield has been a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House for over five years. Additionally, she has raised funds for “Walk for Kids”, provided backpacks for children in foster care, and distributes hygiene packets and blankets to people living on skid row. Melissa has also organized events at Union Rescue Mission, providing backpacks, haircuts, hair braiding, and fun activities for the children that the mission serves. In her free time, Melissa also participates in Toastmasters, where she was recently selected as a Distinguished Toastmaster,the highest designation in the Toastmaster organization.
