Ignite is the youth basketball program ran by University of Basketball in partnership with the Los Angeles Sparks.

The mission of Ignite is to teach and empower our your through the game of basketball.

Ignite features travel teams, clinics, tournaments, and weekly workouts. You can play at any level and find the program that best fits you.


Team Ignite is an all-girls travel ball team for girls in grade 3rd – 6th. When playing in this program you will have weekly practices, play in a minimum of five tournaments, and one regular game per week.

This is the perfect program to grow your skill level.

Our clinics will include hands on instruction and life skills development; focusing on teamwork, healthy eating/lifestyle, and education. The goal is to show each participant the value of who they are, what they will become, and how to achieve their goals.

Mini Clinic: Two hour clinic that focuses on the fundamentals of basketball. Starting at a six through high school aged athletes. The mini clinic is a great way to get an overview of the skills used on the court.

Two Day Clinic: In depth clinic that will develop overall skills, and position development. There are four hours of instructional play per day, and traditionally hosted on weekends. If you are looking to execute a weeknight clinic we can accommodate based on date.

Team Clinics: Team Clinics are a minimum of two days. Clinics will focus on specific positions, guard play (point/shooting), swing (small/power forwards), and “bigs” (centers). Clinics will include film breakdown/classroom instruction (learning language) and position development/assessment.
